A commission on an order that is later refunded is reversed from the next payout. This is why payouts wait for the refund window to close.

Personal referral link and audience code, suitable early-access builds, product assets and direct technical support. Interviews and educational collaborations are optional.
Complete editorial independence. Clearly disclose gifted access and affiliate relationships in resulting promotional content.
An existing lifetime customer referral takes priority. Otherwise an explicitly entered creator code takes priority over the last eligible consented link. The first qualifying payment establishes the relationship; it cannot be overwritten by another creator.
Refunds and chargebacks reverse the affected commission. An ordinary refund does not move the customer to another creator. Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions and intercepted coupon traffic are ineligible.
Pausing new referrals does not cancel existing lifetime customer commissions or already granted catalogue access. Confirmed fraud requires an explicit, recorded decision; earned legitimate commissions remain payable.
New referral links use the visitor’s cookie choice and the standard 60-day first-purchase window. An explicitly entered creator code can also establish a referral. The permanent customer relationship starts only after the first qualifying paid purchase.

Promotion methods that end a partnership
Read this before applying rather than after a payout is withheld.
- Bidding on "Fat Berry DSP" or product names in paid search, or running ads that could be mistaken for ours.
- Coupon, cashback and voucher sites that intercept traffic already on its way to a purchase.
- Unsolicited email, forum spam, or comment posting.
- Registering domains or social handles containing our brand name.
- Claiming a product does something it does not, or stating a discount we have not authorised.
- Posting our installers, licence keys or cracked builds anywhere.
Commission earned through a prohibited method is forfeited. We will tell you what happened and why before withholding anything. Full detail sits in the Terms of Sale.
